	Faith Formation Programs are supported entirely through the generosity of time, talent and treasure of our parishioners. A successful faith formation program needs volunteers who will share their time and talent and financial resources to provide necessary materials and books for our children and youngsters. We believe that children in our faith formation programs deserve our best efforts and in order to accomplish it we ask each family to make a contribution as you register your child for religious education classes this year 2006/2007.
	1 child............$40.00 2 children........$80.00 3 children........$120.00 Additional Fees for First Communion Sacramental Preparation: 1 child.............$75.00 2 children........$150.00 Please, make a check payable to the parish you belong to and return it with the registration form. You may mail it to the parish office located at 128 Franklin Street, Clinton, Ma. Mary Jo Kriz, Faith Formation Director or place it in the collection basket at mass. Please, make sure to mark it CCD REGISTRATION. Financial aid and payment plan are available upon request.
