INTRODUCTION TO THE LITURGY

FOURTH SUNDAY OF LENT
March 18, 2007

May God’s peace be with you!  My name is ____________________. As we gather at this Eucharist to begin the fourth week of Lent, we would like to welcome all visitors to our parish. It is good to have you with us.

As we listen to the words of God today, let us be open to the power of the Holy Spirit. We often become lost in sin, hoping for a way out. Today’s Gospel serves as an everlasting reminder that God is always there for us, waiting with love and mercy. As we celebrate this mass, let us truly taste the goodness of the Lord, and thank him for his boundless love for us.

PARISH ANNOUNCEMENTS:  no announcements this week… I thought I will give you a break (this note is not to be read... )
